Only necessary information required for the implementation of core functions is collected, with no additional collection activities:

•Uploaded Materials: Images, videos, and other content uploaded by users to use functions such as image stylization, image-to-video conversion, face swap, outfit swap, and AI dance.
•Basic Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and browser type. This is solely used to ensure Tool compatibility and troubleshoot faults.
•Function Usage Data: Types of functions used, operation time, and quantity of generated content. This is only used to optimize service experience and is not associated with personal identification information.

II. Rules for Information Use

•Function Implementation: Uploaded materials are exclusively used to generate corresponding effects requested by users (such as stylized images, face swap videos, AI dance content, etc.), and the generated results are only displayed to the user themselves.
•Service Optimization: Adjust function parameters (such as improving generation speed, optimizing style effects) based on anonymized and aggregated usage data to enhance Tool performance without identifying individual users.
•Prohibited Behaviors: User information shall not be sold or leased to third parties, nor used for any purposes other than those specified in this Policy, such as advertising push or user profiling.

III. Information Storage and Deletion

•Storage Period: All user-uploaded materials and generated content shall be stored for 7 days from the date of upload or completion of generation.
•Processing upon Expiration: After the expiration of the storage period, data will be permanently deleted by an automated system and cannot be recovered.
•Active Deletion: Users may actively delete relevant information at any time through the "Delete Materials/Results" button in the Tool. The operation will be executed immediately upon confirmation, without being restricted by the 7-day storage period.
•Storage Security: Data is stored on servers that meet industry security standards, adopting technologies such as encrypted transmission and access control to prevent information leakage, tampering, or unauthorized access.

IV. Information Protection Measures

•Technical Protection: Adopt technologies such as HTTPS transmission encryption and AES-256 storage encryption to ensure the security of information during transmission and storage.
•Access Control: Strictly restrict the access rights of the operation team. Only authorized necessary technical personnel are allowed to access temporarily during fault troubleshooting, and all access behaviors are fully recorded and retained.
•Emergency Handling: In the event of an information security incident (such as leakage or loss), an emergency response plan will be activated immediately, remedial measures will be taken, and affected users will be notified within 48 hours via in-Tool notifications, email, or other means.

V. User Rights

•Right to Access: Users may view personally uploaded materials and generated results stored in the Tool at any time.
•Right to Correction: If any errors are found in the information (such as generated results being incorrectly associated with an account), users may contact customer service for assistance in correction.
•Right to Withdraw Consent: If users no longer agree to this Policy, they may stop using the Tool. Stored information will still be handled in accordance with the 7-day deletion rule.

VI. Third-Party Service Description

The Tool may contain third-party SDKs or services (such as payment interfaces and cloud storage services). Third parties will process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will strictly screen third-party service providers, require them to comply with data security standards, and supervise their performance of information protection obligations.

VII. Protection of Minors

Minors must read this Policy and obtain consent from their legal guardians before using the Tool. Guardians may contact us to inquire about or delete information uploaded by minors, and we will actively cooperate to provide necessary assistance.

VIII. Policy Updates and Notifications

This Policy may be updated due to changes in laws and regulations or function adjustments. The updated Policy will be prominently posted on the Tool's homepage and will take effect after 7 days of public notice. Your continued use of the Tool shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
